Amy will email you a pre-assessment form and invoice, both to be completed before your first session.
At the end of your session, we can chat through whether you need further treatment and where and when this should take place.

FAQs
Prices
LIMBER’s rates are competitive but variable, depending on multiple factors such as location and duration.
Initial assessments and follow ups are charged from £45; home visits from £85.
Contact LIMBER for a no-commitments enquiry, and we’ll be happy to advise you further.
Extended appointments of 1 hour are also available upon request at an additional cost.
How are you operating in response to Covid-19?
We all have a part to play in this pandemic, including making our workplaces and practices as safe as possible. LIMBER is committed to following government advice, always operating in accordance with guidance from our professional body, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. You can view the most up-to-date detail on our current safety measures here.
Can I see you face-to-face?
Yes! At the time of writing this (Nov 22) face to face appointments are again back. Please see the Covid-19 policy for the latest information.
What can I expect on my first session?
Physical assessment then follows through movement, observation, perhaps handling and testing. All of these elements help form a diagnosis, which we’ll chat through with you.
We then collaborate to make a plan for treatment and begin that plan. It’s likely you’ll also be given some advice and/or exercises to support this plan and, if required, a follow-up session will be offered.
Do you accept patients with private insurance?
What if I need further investigation or a scan?
As a healthcare professional, Amy can liaise with and feedback to your GP, if required.
What should I wear?
