Terms and Conditions

These simple measures are to help keep our time focused on giving you and others the best care and experience. Enquiries are welcome to discuss engaging in the physiotherapy and Pilates services offered on the website although a preceding discussion with your GP or consultant may be valuable. Please engage in LIMBER Physiotherapy and Pilates services with honesty. Please answer questions with accurate information and represent yourself truthfully. Information you provide is used to create a bespoke approach to your needs and to make clinical decisions, and therefore it is important for your safety and for your care. Information you provide is confidential and you can read more in the LIMBER Privacy Policy. Please attend your appointment on time and if you are unable to do so, please inform LIMBER by phone or e-mail as soon as possible (over 24 hours).

Late Attendance, Late Cancellation and Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy:

If you miss your appointment (any service engaged with LIMBER physiotherapy and Pilates) without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full sessional cost.

If a late cancellation is made (within 24 hours), the full sessional cost will be charged.

If appointments are repeatedly cancelled and re-arranged, causing barriers to LIMBER Physiotherapy service delivery, LIMBER reserves the right to impose conditional measures such as pre-payment. Such cases would be discussed individually and in advance of any conditional measures being put in place.

If you attend your appointment late, you will be charged for the full session. You may be asked to rebook and forfeit the remainder of the appointment time. Professional judgement will be made if it is suitable for you to receive treatment or participate in the planned activity for the remainder of the appointment time.

Courtesy Points:

Please have your mobile phone ‘off’ or on silent.

Please wear suitable clothing for your appointment. This will be something that you are comfortable to move in. For a physiotherapy session, shorts may be brought with you, and if you are a female, a vest top too. If you are unsure what to wear, please discuss in advance.

Please show manners and respect to other clients in a class setting, and to LIMBER physiotherapy staff. Abuse, threat and intimidation will not be tolerated and will exclude access to LIMBER services.

Please observe hand hygiene (use hand sanitiser or hand washing facilities on entry and exit of your session) and practice respiratory hygiene:

‘Catch It’: Cough* or sneeze into a tissue (or if unavailable, the crook of your elbow),
‘Bin It’: Dispose of the tissue as soon as possible
‘Kill It’: Clean your hands as soon as possible

*As per the Covid-19 Policy, you should not attend if you have a new, continuous cough.

Please ensure you have read the LIMBER Covid-19 Policy and are compliant with government public health strategy on this matter and LIMBER Covid-19 policy.

Payment:

Your first one to one appointment will be paid for in advance.

Follow up appointments can be paid in advance or based on an invoice, in which case, paid within 30 days.

Delayed payment will be reminded, and if unpaid within 14 days, an administration fee of £5 will be added.

All Pilates classes within a single term are paid for in advance. Missed sessions, whether anticipated or not, are not reimbursed. In case of pre-paid Pilates classes being cancelled or suspended due to Covid-19, money will be reimbursed or offered as credit.
